- Orders are processed within one business day. Lift Chairs and large medical devices are drop shipped from the manufacturers. For everything else, you will have the ability to choose the shipping method you prefer, and we will ship your order as soon as it is processed. When your order is shipped, a notification will be e-mailed to you. If you created an account during checkout, you can log in to your account at any time to check the status of your order.
- Privacy & Security
- Sunshine Pharmacy uses Magento, the most state of the art e-commerce engine available. You can be confident that your information is 100% secure, every step of the way. We follow the highest security standards, so your data will never be compromised. Your sensitive information is stored on Sunshine Pharmacy's secure web server, and is NEVER shared with anyone, ever. Passwords and credit card information are accessible only by you. Because we use only the top grade of security, and we are firmly committed to your privacy, you can shop safely from Sunshine Pharmacy.
- Returns & Replacements
- You may return any item purchased from Sunshine Pharmacy, in perfect condition, within 10 days of receipt. Returns will be processed within 30 days. If the item is in perfect condition, your original payment credit card will be credited. If you paid with a check, a check will be sent to your billing address. The amount refunded will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and an outbound freight fee, the amount of which will be at Sunshine Pharmacy's sole discretion. Shipments returned without a Return Authorization Code will be refused and returned to sender. To return an item, call 623-252-0630 between the hours of 10am and 6pm MST, for further instructions, and for a Return Authorization Code.
- Ordering
- Ordering is easy on Sunshinepharmacy.com. Find the item you want, hit "Add to Cart", then follow the instructions on-screen to proceed to checkout. Your order will be received immediately, and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the address you specified during checkout. You can add as many items as you want, to the shopping cart. Once you have added as many items as you want to the shopping cart, you can proceed to checkout.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Our team scours the internet every day to find and match the lowest prices from all of our competitors. If you find a lower price somewhere else, contact us and we will be happy to match that price. We'll even give you an extra 5% off of that price. Sunshine Pharmacy offers daily discounts on all of our items, from lift chairs and adjustable beds to stethoscopes and scooters. Payments are processed via Authorize.net, the leading online credit card processor. Authorize.net and Sunshine Pharmacy use only the most secure payment processing standards. Your payment information is encrypted and secured.
- Viewing Orders
- If you chose to create an account during checkout, you can log into your account to view your order status at any time. If you did not create an account, please call 623-252-0630, between 10am and 6pm MST, to retrieve your order information.
- Updating Account Information
- To update your account information, simply log in to your Sunshine Pharmacy account and press "Edit Account Information".
